  • Individual Counseling-50 min.
    • Individual counseling is a short-term, goal-oriented approach primarily focused on resolving specific individual or relationship problems.

    • It tends to be more directive and practical, aiming to provide guidance and support in navigating life challenges such as grief, stress management, career or relationship issues, anger and self-improvement.

    • Counseling sessions are often solution-focused, helping to develop coping strategies, improve communication skills, make decisions and improve interpersonal functioning.

  • Single Session Therapy (SST)-90 min.
    • Single session therapy often referred to as one-session therapy or brief therapy, is a therapeutic approach designed to address clients' concerns within a single session.

    • The primary goal is to provide rapid assistance and support to individuals who are seeking immediate resolution or clarification of their issues.

    • Single session therapy can be particularly useful for individuals who are facing time constraints, financial limitations, or have a specific problem that they would like to address promptly.

    • Additionally, it can also suit those who are hesitant or unsure about traditional long-term therapy.
